When building a brand-new shopping mall, the folks in charge knew they needed a smart way for people to pay for their purchases. Instead of having lots of different payment machines all over the place, they wanted to have one system that could handle all kinds of payments. To make payment processing more efficient and convenient for both merchants and customers.
They knew that if they didn’t plan, it could cause problems for both shoppers and store owners. So, right from the start, they decided to team up with a trusted company to create a solution that would make paying for things easy, convenient, and secure for everyone. Their goal was to make sure that from the moment the mall opened its doors, customers could pay however they wanted, without any hassle. They wanted to keep things simple, secure and make sure everyone had a great shopping experience right from day one
The approach to tackle the complex payment challenges for the upcoming shopping mall involved a collaborative process to provide a comprehensive and custom-made solution. To start, we delved into extensive research and analysis to understand the payment system needed for the new mall. We looked at the types of payments accepted, what merchants and customers prefer, and the common issues faced in day-to-day operations. This helped us figure out what the new payment system should prioritise. Next, we gathered a diverse team of experts in payment technologies, software development, and project management to brainstorm and design the solution. We used the best practices in the industry and new technologies to create a detailed plan for how to bring the new system to life. Working closely with the mall’s management and stakeholders, we made sure our plan aligned with the mall’s goals and priorities.
